We're seeking a Maintenance Purchasing Coordinator for a temporary 6-12 month role to support our team with the procurement of essential maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) supplies and services. What You'll Do:

Procure Supplies: Order maintenance supplies, tools, and spare parts to meet team needs while staying within budget.

Liaise with Vendors: Obtain quotes, place orders, and confirm delivery schedules to ensure timely arrivals.

Monitor Inventory: Track stock levels to prevent shortages or excess, keeping operations efficient.

Manage Purchase Orders: Prepare and track POs with accuracy and speed.

Collaborate: Work closely with maintenance staff to prioritize supply needs and ensure seamless operations.

Maintain Records: Keep organized records of purchases, deliveries, and vendor communications.

Optimize Costs: Identify cost-effective purchasing options without compromising quality.

Pitch In: Take on additional duties as needed to support the team.
What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent; training in purchasing or inventory management is a bonus.

1+ years of experience in purchasing, inventory, or administrative roles, preferably in a maintenance setting.

Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, and MS Office.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Resourceful problem-solver with a keen eye for detail.
