Sales & Replenishment Analyst

The Dessert Holdings Sales & Replenishment Analyst located in/near Bentonville, AR, will conduct customer and business analyses while managing sales and inventory tasks to support and enhance strategic partnerships both internally and with key retail partners. This position plays a critical role in driving business objectives for the Walmart and Sam's Club accounts.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and execute replenishment strategies that support broader supply chain and business objectives.
  • Partner with supply chain, logistics, and sales teams, along with Walmart, Inc. replenishment, to develop and implement collaborative supply chain plans.
  • Assist Sales with tasks that include item setup and cleanup, order processing, in-stock and fill rate tracking, and alignment on seasonal and promotional demand.
  • Continuously assess and enhance replenishment processes to improve efficiency and performance.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in replenishment operations.
  • Utilize syndicated data and customer-specific POS to develop actionable insights, strategies, and tactics.
  • Analyze, track, and monitor business results objectives using designated tools (Madrid, Circana etc.).
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Assess trends, analyze data, and identify key customer opportunities to help build strategic business plans, achieving sales goals and long-term account development.
  • Monitor and interpret key performance indicators such as shipments, inventory levels, market share, and consumption trends on a weekly and long-term basis.
  • Manage relationships with supply chain partners to ensure service level agreements (SLAs), inventory targets, and forecast accuracy are met.
  • Lead replenishment initiatives within Joint Business Planning (JBP) efforts, using historical performance data to identify and address opportunities for improvement.
  • Track and report KPIs including 98.5% in-stock rates, 98% fill rates, and 98% on-time performance, providing actionable insights to resolve issues.
  • Drive demand planning activities such as strategic inventory assessments and seasonal and promotional strategies, store-specific orders (SSO), and weekly Low Inventory Reporting (LIR). Deliver weekly cut reports to Walmart with root cause analysis and estimated back-in-stock (BIS) dates.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree and/or 2+ years of data analysis or sales experience
  • Experience working on Walmart/Sam's business
  • Experience in Retail Link, Scintilla, & Madrid
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Skilled in conveying ideas clearly and effectively in both spoken and written formats
  • Data analysis and/or replenishment experience
  • Self-motivated and result-driven
  • Proficient in analyzing complex issues, developing effective solutions, and ensuring timely follow-up
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks, quickly adapt to shifting priorities, respond promptly to urgent needs, and maintain focus on long-term strategic goals
  • Skilled at fostering positive working relationships and partnering with multiple cross functional teams
